This is an ongoing research work from the students of Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Sansthanam (SVYASA) on the effect of yoga on psychological wellbeing in secondary caregivers of children with disabilities. This intervention involves the use of cyclical meditation for the educators for a duration of three months.
