JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a committed and experienced professional from a Special Education background to join us for a pivotal role. This person will be responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of the educational and developmental programs, ensuring consistency, accountability, and alignment with individual goals.

This role requires strong academic understanding, leadership ability, and attention to detail.

You will be responsible for:

1. Program Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee the implementation of all educational and therapeutic programs
  • Ensure programs are delivered as per defined standards and timelines
  • Monitor classroom functioning and provide constructive feedback to staff

2. IEP & Curriculum Oversight

  • Review and approve IEPs for accuracy, relevance, and measurability
  • Ensure IEP goals align with assessment data and long-term transition plans
  • Monitor curriculum planning and adaptations across classrooms
  • Ensure accommodations and modifications are appropriately implemented

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Review student reports for clarity, accuracy, and professional quality
  • Ensure documentation is updated, structured, and compliant
  • Track progress data and identify gaps in implementation

4. Team Supervision & Accountability

  • Ensure teachers and program staff adhere to planned schedules and responsibilities
  • Conduct regular review meetings with team members
  • Support staff through mentoring and problem-solving

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with therapists, vocational trainers, and other team members
  • Support parent communication regarding student progress
  • Participate in planning meetings and strategic discussions

  Skills Required

 

  • Strong understanding of special education frameworks and inclusive practices
  • Ability to review documentation critically and provide clear feedback
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented

Ideal Candidate

 

  • Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology
  • Diploma/ B. Ed. / M. Ed. in Special Education in ID (RCI-recognized)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with children/adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities
  • Experience in IEP development and curriculum planning
  • Prior supervisory or coordination experience preferred.
